ALSIM dyn is a “dynamic version” which provides the possibility to rotate the object during the dip paint process.
Effectively, a whole pathway can be entered. This trail can be made with unlimited angle steps in the three dimensional space. One additional computation is the trace of puddles and air bubbles. These two traces illustrate weighted colour nuances of each angle step.
The air bubble trace tells us, how long it takes for areas to be painted. It may be that sometimes everything is painted, but sometimes insufficient time is allowed. On puddle trace, optimal positions for additional holes can easily be located.
With ALSIM dyn the whole dip paint process is usually separated into the dip in process and dip out process and moving inside and out the bath (wandering air bubbles and wandering puddles).
ALSIM dyn offers another interesting feature. Additional volumes, such as puddles or air bubbles can be placed on the object, and ALSIM can compute either just the added volumes, or together with all the volumes.
The flow behavior illustrates the flow path of air bubbles and puddles. With the help of the flow behavior, all important drain points can easily be found.
